1. Basic Policy
TAS Co., Ltd. Personal information collected through our website or other means shall be collected solely for the purposes of receiving and processing applications for our hospitality and guest services, providing such services, and carrying out any activities incidental or related thereto, and shall not be used for any other purposes.
Personal information collected in connection with an application for our hospitality and guest services shall, in principle, be obtained directly from the individual concerned. Such personal information shall be used only to the extent necessary to confirm the details of the service requested, make arrangements and communications necessary for the provision of the services, appropriately manage customers in connection with the provision of the services, and carry out other activities incidental or related thereto.

Upon receiving a request from the individual concerned for disclosure of their personal information held by the Company, we will respond to such request without undue delay.
8. Correction, Addition, Deletion, Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information
We will endeavor to maintain personal information in an accurate and up-to-date manner. If the individual concerned requests the correction of their personal information, we will conduct the necessary investigation without undue delay and, if any inaccuracies are identified, correct the relevant information accordingly.
In addition, if the individual concerned requests the addition or deletion of personal information, suspension of its use, or suspension of its provision to third parties, we will respond to such request without undue delay.
